Client Services Senior Associate
Jessie Morrison joined Sterling in 2023 and plays a key role in managing private foundation programs and supporting the firm's client services team. With a strong focus on follow-through and due diligence, Jessie facilitates board meetings, performs compensation analysis, and drafts governance and grantmaking policies. She also responds to client requests with precision and efficiency.
Jessie earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Virginia Commonwealth University, where she worked as a research assistant with the Deployment Experiences and Health Study through the Virginia Institute for Psychiatric and Behavioral Genetics. Her background includes training in research data management and statistical analysis, equipping her with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Jessie is passionate about giving back to her community and has volunteered with Our Neighbor’s Child, Relay for Life, HopeCam 5K, and the Walk to End Multiple Sclerosis.
