Client Support Associate
Jane Kim rejoined Sterling in 2024 in a client support role after previously serving on the firm's charitable remainder trust solutions team. Jane has more than a decade of experience in administration, human resources management, and auditing. Her persistence and commitment to accuracy are essential to Sterling’s seamless foundation administration services.
Jane brings professionalism and attention to detail to every step of the grantmaking process. She also diligently oversees the monthly processing of hundreds of bank and investment accounts, which are crucial for properly accounting and timely preparation and filing of foundation tax returns.
Previously, Jane worked at an audit firm, supporting engagement teams in audit planning and conducting testing for employee benefit and financial statement audits. She also gained significant experience as a human resources manager for PricewaterhouseCoopers, leading teams of more than 300 client service professionals and collaborating with leadership to improve performance management and client service delivery.
Outside of work, Jane is an active member of her church, where she serves in both the music and women's ministries. She also volunteers in children’s ministry and for local schools.
