Client Services Manager

Ben Keck is a Client Services Manager on Sterling’s Philanthropic Services team. With over a decade of retail management experience, he brings a well-rounded perspective on how to build strong teams and deliver excellent service in fast-paced environments. He is focused on customer service, team building, and process improvement — always working toward greater success for both his team and the clients they serve.

Ben spent four years in operational audit, where he evaluated performance of a wide variety of business processes and operations. Through this work, he discovered a passion for learning new processes within an organization, engaging stakeholders, and accurately evaluating performance. He brings a strategic mindset to Sterling’s clients to help them best achieve their charitable visions.

Ben earned his bachelor’s in business administration in finance at Radford University.

Outside of work, Ben is an active member at his church, where he currently serves as a member of the vestry. He is an Eagle Scout, and he spent numerous summers working at a summer camp on the Chesapeake Bay, where he still enjoys volunteering.
